They have a strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and are recognized for their client-focused approach and dedication to community.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy and commercial litigation team with a hybrid work schedule based in Trenton, NJ.Responsibilities:

• Work on bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation, and real estate/transactional work.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Draft legal documents, including motions and contracts.
• Interact with clients and adversaries directly.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• 2+ years of experience in real estate/transaction law.
• Admission to the New Jersey bar required (PA and/or NY admission a plus).
• Strong legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
