Established in 2006, this growing practice specializes in representing secured creditors and landlords in litigation, with additional focus on commercial and transactional work.Role OverviewAs an experienced attorney, you’ll handle complex landlord-tenant law, evictions, and lender defense cases from start to finish. Your expertise will be crucial in managing resident disputes, foreclosures, and surplus proceeds. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and supervise junior associates, contributing to the firm’s growth and development.Work Environment and Culture
