Job description: Our client, a prominent law firm in the Houston area, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an associate who is eager to step into a key role, handling significant client matters and developing their own book of business while supporting Directors (Partners) with their demanding workloads.Responsibilities:
- Represent homebuilders, subdivision developers, and developers/owners of commercial, income-producing properties.
- Handle a variety of real estate transactional work, including setting up entities for property ownership and development.
- Manage complex real estate projects and provide strategic counsel to clients in diverse sectors.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of real estate experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong initiative and the ability to take charge of client projects and relationships.
