Job description: Commercial Real Estate Attorney Opportunity – Acclaimed Mid-Size Practice Group, AustinAn established commercial real estate law firm with a highly collegial environment and solid client base, is currently seeking a Jr. Commercial Real Estate Attorney & a Sr. Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their growing team full-time in Austin.The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:

• Zoning cases
• Platting cases
• Site development and building permits
• Vested rights
• Development agreements
• Easement negotiations
• Annexation agreements
• Entitlement Litigation
• Acquisitions – specifically for developers

Also:

• Locally based in Ausitn preferred (to attend planning commission meeting, neighborhood or HOA meetings, etc.)

Skills and Requirements:

• Applicants must be licensed in TX, in good standing, and able to work in-office
• Good tenure with previous firms
• Embracive of collegial law firm environment that values diversity and inclusion
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
• Ability to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
• Business development mindset valued additionally
• Desire to work alongside recognized accomplished attorneys in a professional, respectful and organized environment
