• Originate and process mortgage loan applications from various sources, including referrals, real estate professionals, and existing clients.
• Guide borrowers through the loan application process, explaining the different options and helping them choose the right mortgage product.
• Collect and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness and ensure compliance with lending standards.
• Maintain communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth loan approval and closing process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and loan product offerings.

Branch Manager for a TOP Real Estate Firm (Over 1000 Agents) Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and loan guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in industry-specific software and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Active NMLS license required.
• Looking for a minimum of 10 Mortgage Loan Originators*
