You will provide expertise and knowledge throughout the system or service project lifecycle on customer sites. Why is this role so important? • Attend pre-booking meetings to gain knowledge of the sales estimate and project scope; analyze plans, specifications, and contract details to determine system requirements
• Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team; identify time-sensitive installation needs and coordinate work with subcontractors
• Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects; track resources and project progress
• Troubleshoot issues, including identifying and debugging software, and diagnosing electrical or pneumatic installation problems
• Organize and maintain job documentation
• Provide on-site assistance with or perform programming, start-up, checkout, commissioning, and validation processes; participate in job site final walk-through, complete all job closeout documentation, and provide customer training
• Act as technical resource to customers and field employees

You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in the installation and/or maintenance of Building Automation / HVAC controls systems; will also consider candidates with other automation controls experience, which could include PLC, related military experience, or other related automation
• Ability and willingness to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens’ fleet vehicle program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in the installation and / or maintenance of Building Automation systems
• Ability to read/understand design and construction documents
• Associate or bachelor’s degree

• The pay range for this position is $61,530 – $105,480 / year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
