Practice Area: Real EstateDirect Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in its Downtown Los Angeles office . This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly regarded real estate lawyers on sophisticated commercial real estate matters , with a focus on leasing and commercial real estate transactions .Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and revising office , retail , and industrial leases .Contributing to real estate acquisitions , dispositions , finance , and transactional due diligence .Additional experience with title and survey review is a plus.Opportunity to gain experience in data center leasing (helpful but not required).QualificationsEducation: J.D. with strong academic credentials .Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing , with a focus on office , retail , and industrial leases .
