Job description: I am partnered with a well known law firm looking to add a real estate attorney to their team!Position: Commercial Real Estate AttorneyLocation: Richmond, Fredericksburg, or Tysons office.About Us: Established mid-sized law firm with multiple offices throughout VA. Our firm provides a full range of transaction and litigation services.Qualifications:

• 3-12 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance
• Experience for a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases,
• J.D. & good standing with the VA bar
