Job description: An established Law Firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney. This role will be based in their West Palm Beach office location.Experience:
- At least 4 years of commercial real estate law experience
- Represent lenders, builders, real estate professionals and developers on large projects such as apartment buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, condominiums etc.
- Draft contracts, agreements (lending, leasing, acquisition and purchase)
- Due diligence
- Negotiations
Expected salary: $120000 – 160000 per year
