– Handle a range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development projects.
– Conduct due diligence, title review, and contract drafting and negotiation.
– Represent clients in real estate financing, including lender and borrower representation.
– Collaborate with developers, financial institutions, and corporate clients on multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals.
– Provide strategic advice on real estate investments and portfolio management.
– Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver full-service solutions to clients.**Qualifications:**
– 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions (experience level determines salary).
– JD from an accredited law school; top law school is a plus, but not required.
– Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Licensed to practice law in [state].
– A proactive, client-service-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.**Compensation & Benefits:**
– Base salary starting at $145K for first-year associates (commensurate with experience).
– 1,750 billable hours requirement.
