What You Will Be Doing

• Provide legal solutions to clients’ commercial real estate matters with high-quality, detailed legal work.
• Research, draft, review, negotiate, and close complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Interpret and explain laws in a clear, engaging manner to clients.
• Lead client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Delegate work to paralegals, associates, and support staff while managing multiple legal functions.

Experience You Will Need

• Minimum of 6 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain admission).
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make executive decisions.
• Business development skills and a portable book of business (>$100,000) preferred.

Salary: $100,000 – $200,000/year

Expected salary: $100000 – 200000 per year
