— Get warm and hot leads too as we do direct marketing
— We use CRM Management tools – leads go directly to you – full client profiles
— We have 7am daily morning kickoff calls to support our agents – problem solve as a team
— We provide lender education – by weekly guest lenders share their loan profile
— Our clients loan requests are typicality $5MM – $50MM +
— Our clients are active and typically do 5 – 7 + deals a year
— Our clients are looking for Bridge, Construction & Permanent loansYour profile:
— Smart worker with complex negotiating skills
— A hunger to close 3-5 deals a month on a consistent basis
