The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound legal advice to clients in various industries.Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Represent clients in real estate transactions, including land use.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Participate in client meetings and provide strategic advice on real estate matters.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
