Job description: A law firm with a great commercial real estate practice is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their firm in a hybrid role. If you’re interested in joining a boutique firm in DC with sophisticated deals, reach out to me today.Background:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a real estate/corporate paralegal
  • Initial review of title and survey documents
  • Drafting formation, transaction and closing documents
  • College degree required. ABA certification in paralegal education is a plus.
