Job description: An international law firm, whose corporate real estate work is renowned for its focus on high-value, complex transactions for a sophisticated client base, is recruiting for a Senior Associate 6+ PQE to join the firm.The RoleYou will join the team, who specialise in complex corporate real estate deals, including acquisitions, disposals, development, investment, and financing. This will service a diverse range of clients, from private individuals and property companies to institutional investors and large corporations.
You will be involved in the commercial real estate aspects of financing transactions and commercial mergers and acquisitions.About You:You will be a 6+ PQE Lawyer with a proven track record in the corporate real estate practice area, gained ideally from an international law firm (US, Magic or Silver Circle firms).Benefits:
