This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is based in DFW with easy access to Garland, TX, and thrives in a team-based environment.Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance, business development, and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Market, lease, and negotiate agreements for available spaces.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and tenant improvements.
• Conduct regular property inspections and enforce quality standards.
• Manage rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial property management and leasing (non-apartment) in DFW.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Expertise in NNN leases, base year adjustments, and construction costs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Propertyware.com is a plus).
• High integrity with excellent interpersonal skills.
