This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions in renewable energy, infrastructure, and project finance at a firm consistently recognized as a Top 10 Most Innovative Law Firm in North America and one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For.Candidate Profile:JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.3-5 years of substantive real estate experience, preferably in the energy and infrastructure sector.Strong experience handling real estate matters related to project finance, including wind, solar, and battery storage projects.Proficiency in reviewing and advising on title and survey issues is required.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.Strong client service skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on real estate matters throughout the project lifecycle, from initial due diligence to project development, financing, and M&A transactions.Structure and negotiate real estate components of energy and infrastructure transactions.Conduct title and survey reviews, resolve land use and zoning issues, and coordinate with local counsel as needed.Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including finance, regulatory, and corporate attorneys, to support large-scale energy projects.Stay informed on emerging trends in energy and infrastructure law and contribute to the firm’s thought leadership.Why Join?This is more than just a job-it’s an opportunity to be at the forefront of the transition to clean energy and major infrastructure development.
