• EXPERT skills in Adobe PDF, Excel, and Publisher

Job Details:

• Position Type: Full-time
• Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role
• Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
• Create, edit, and format documents using Adobe PDF, Excel, Publisher, Microsoft Word, and other tools as needed
• Assist in email correspondence and maintain effective communication within the team and with external partners
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
• Uphold a professional appearance and attitude while representing the CEO’s office
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism
