Job description: Finance Analyst/Underwriter for Real Estate Investment Company-(US-Based/Remote)Job Overview:We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Analyst/Underwriter for a leading commercial real estate investment services and technology firm. This role will focus on research, financial analysis, database management and underwriting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with real estate experience considered a bonus.Responsibilities:

• Research property owners and build out a comprehensive property database.
• Aggregate and organize profit/loss statements in Excel.
• Identify new properties to add to the database.
• Provide financial analysis and underwriting support as needed.
• Utilize real estate research tools such as LandVision, CoStar, and TruePeopleSearch.
• Assist in structuring financial data for investment decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field OR relevant analyst experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills with an understanding of underwriting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial data organization and analysis.
• Experience with real estate research tools (LandVision, CoStar, TruePeopleSearch) is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with a U.S.-based team.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
