Job description: DescriptionHybrid Real Estate Accounting Manager $110,000/yearAn exciting opportunity to join and contribute to our ambitious growth in real estate investment. We are looking for a motivated and talented Accounting Manager to join our finance team. You will play a vital role in overseeing accounting activities, conducting research, and ensuring the accuracy of investment data and financial reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership to improve financial processes and help the company meet its expansion goals. It is hybrid offering 3 days in office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filings
• Conduct research on accounting issues, investment transactions, and regulatory changes, offering recommendations to management
• Assist in managing external audits, quarterly reviews, and diligence projects
• Streamline and improve existing accounting processes, leveraging technology and automation
• Stay up to date on industry developments and accounting standards in real estate investment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (master’s preferred)
• CPA preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in public accounting or real estate investment management
• Experience using Yardi accounting software required
