About the Role:

• Manage accounting for a fund with 130 industrial properties across 32 states
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation
• Support audit processes and streamline accounting operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA preferred
• 4-6 years real estate accounting
• Experience with Yardi and strong Excel skills
