Job description: We are currently seeking a Support Operations Development Intern to join our internship program for the summer of 2025. This internship will provide the opportunity to work with our Support Operations team on MRI tool customization to increase efficiency, ease of end under experience, and scalability.This intern will be tasked with creating several custom tools to be utilized by our internal operations team. Focusing on increased efficiency, ease of end user experience, and scalability. Automated/Expanded scheduling tool that will utilize any number of currently licensed tools Javascript/Typescript, VBA, etc.Other Responsibilities:Working collaboratively on projects that will be presented to the Executive Leadership TeamCreation of several custom tools used by our internal operations teamAutomation/Expansion of scheduling tools throughout the businessProgramming languages necessary:Javascript/TypescriptVBASSMS/PGadminSQLPreferred competency in Microsoft Suite including PowerAutomate, Smartsheet, & PowerBIOther Requirements:We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 2 days of working from home per week (3 days working in office).
