• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions
• Interact with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives
• Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
• Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed combination and other financial analyses in the context of M&A transactions or pitch situations
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts
• Participate in graduate recruiting

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, etc.)
• Series 7 & 63 (within six months of employment)
• Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and financial statement analysis
• Quantitatively and financially oriented, possessing the ability to succinctly express ideas
• Strong team player with a positive can-do attitude and desire to be part of a close-knit group operating in an intensive and challenging work environment
• Excellent organization, communication and research skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Prior work experience in investment banking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in Real Estate Investment Banking

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $175,000 to $225,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
