We’re seeking a driven Associate Broker to join ourteam. This full-time role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to real commercialtransactions while providing the flexibility to build your own book of business.What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting market research and financial analysis to support client transactions
• Assisting in prospecting and business development to generate new leads
• Coordinating client communications and relationship management
• Touring and showcasing property listings to prospective tenants and buyers
• Collaborating with senior brokers to structure deals and negotiate contracts
• Gaining exposure to investment sales, leasing, and development transactions

RequirementsQualifications:Must-Have:

• Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Willingness to obtain a California Real Estate License (if not already licensed)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or real estate
