Joining a newly created team, this role will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer behaviors with actionable insights for the team to develop and execute strategic GTM plans. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking and complexity, as you will be working on projects that directly impact our market positioning and business success.Work LocationThis is a fully remote position based in the United States.The Main Responsibilities

• Confident in building a new GTM Analyst function from the ground-up in partnership with leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, target customer segments, understand their needs and pain points, and assess market potential.
• Gather and analyze internal and external data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify patterns, insights, and areas of opportunity.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools to effectively present findings and communicate complex information.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status of go-to-market projects and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to go-to-market strategies and apply this knowledge to improve our processes.

What We Look For in a CandidateQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a go-to-market or strategic planning capacity.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of commercial strategy, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Technology or Telecommunications industries.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to go-to-market strategies.

CompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.Location Based Pay Ranges
