This will be achieved by building on Keysight’s foundation of operational excellence and driving revenue, margins and EPS growth. A Keysight MI analyst supports these objectives by delivering timely, accurate, and objective data-driven insights and perspective.A Keysight Market Intelligence (MI) analyst increases the speed and quality of strategic business decisions by providing:

• Information, modeling and analysis of industries, customers, and competitors
• Tools, systems, processes, and training to facilitate market research and information sharing
• Modeling and analysis to facilitate strategic decision making

This includes supporting Keysight’s corporate strategic planning process, assessing macroeconomic, geopolitical, and industry dynamics, competitive market modeling and opportunity analysis, supporting Keysight’s executive staff and investor relations, and other ad hoc market, customer and competitor projects.Responsibilities:Lead the Keysight SAM & TAM market scanning, analysis and modeling efforts

• Provide a consistent framework and process for creating and updating market models
• Identify and track market and competitive dynamics. Analyze and incorporate econometric and industry trends and drivers.
• Create thorough and objective financial models and projections
• Coordinate, and collaborate with internal industry and solution partners to create and communicate consistent models of Keysight’s chosen market segments

Deliver industry, customer and competitor analysis

• Provide quarterly reporting deliverables, including revenue narratives and market news to support earnings calls
• Research market segments, analyze technology trends and customer performance
• Monitor and synthesize competitor performance, quarterly and annually
• Provide market share performance analysis for Keysight and its key competitors, including sub-segment and regional analysis where available

Strategic consulting

• Objective analysis of an opportunity space with market and competitive dynamics
• Facilitate value creation strategy development using Keysight standard strategy tools
• Identify attributes of a differentiated and sustainable business model
• Deliver balanced scenario analysis and appropriate recommendations
• Document and present findings to an executive audience for discussion

Support special requests for ad hoc analysis for any related topics, listed above

• Support the creation and presentation of special work products as needed for Keysight executive staff discussion.

Qualifications:Expertise:

• Working knowledge of Keysight’s key industries, markets and customers segments including wireless and wireline telecommunications, aerospace/defense, automotive and energy, industrial as well as potential emerging markets for Keysight.
• Knowledge and experience using AI technology to accelerate research and analysis
• Knowledge of economy, financial concepts, and corporate accounting

• Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire an in-depth knowledge of customer, market, competitive, business, and technology situation and integrate it into strategies that deliver sustainable competitive advantage
• Demonstrated ability and experience in networking with key individuals inside and outside the immediate organization to drive strategic dialog and decisions

• Demonstrated ability to create and facilitate processes across distributed organizations
• Skilled in analyzing and summarizing market research and using strategic frameworks
• Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing on business, strategy, technical, product, and solution issues and tailor to all levels of organization

Candidate should have an MBA or 5-10 years of work experience in market/business intelligence, business analytics, strategy, finance, or technical marketing roles.
