The unique platform helps us advise our clients on a wide range of corporate solutions and execute large, complex, cross-border and regional transactions.What We Offer YouA diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaborationA hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer daysEmployee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagementCompetitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefitsEducational resources, matching gift, and volunteer programsWhat You’ll DoSupport execution of live transactions as a part of the REGLL coverage team, including preparation of detailed presentations and memoranda and analyzing the key attributes of client companies; develop materials for meetings with clients regarding mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactionsApply advanced financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods, and principles to evaluate and execute merger & acquisitions , debt financings and equity raising transactionsBuild operating models and perform financial valuation such as such as DCF, transaction comparables, transaction comparables and leveraged buyoutAnalyze and synthesize detailed corporate and financial information as well as conduct due diligenceWork and foster relationships with various product teams such as leverage debt capital markets, equity capital market, debt capital markets, cash management, foreign exchange, and interest rate, etc.Keep up to date with various sector trends and transactions; issue final reports of client interactions and discussions to senior management and maintain ongoing communication; provide leadership, mentorship and training to analysts and internsSkills You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree with prior investment banking experience or MBA degree is necessaryExperience providing quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions (IPOs, equity follow-ons, investment grade and leveraged finance debt offerings), preferably in the real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure sectorExperience across various stages of a transaction lifecycle, including pitching and bake off, preparing marketing materials and financial models and deal executionStrong modeling and analytical skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPrior experience in the REGLL sector is preferred, however not necessarySkills That Will Help You ExcelTeam player mentality and ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal groups and clientsDriven and highly motivated with and a passion for finance and the ability to manage multiple processesSeries 79, 63 licensing preferredExpectationsIt is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $150K to $225K.
