In support of Kastle’s overall business goals, you will be responsible for the current and future success of a suite of products that serve multifamily customers. As a successful product manager, you will understand your customers’ needs by gathering information from internal and external resources, including direct conversations and 3rd party research. You will be a key contributor to product strategy and will lead product rollouts across the Kastle organization’s multiple regions. You will own product operations, process improvements, and training to drive product understanding and adoption. • Contribute to the product roadmap for Multifamily based on research and data.
• Drive internal stakeholder understanding and product adoption.
• Create documentation, training material and marketing collateral.
• Function as subject matter expert on your product, providing support to the organization as needed.
• Analyze competition within multifamily security, safety, and access control industry.
• Identify new product opportunities that have synergies with Kastle’s existing business.
• Document detailed product requirements, use cases, mock-ups, and flows.
• Manage requirements with engineering teams to successful release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams composed of product, UX, engineering, QA, revenue, marketing, operations, and customer service.
• Measure product utilization and create reports.
• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
• Serve as the primary point person for all product-related communication for both internal and external parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Two years’ experience in Marketing, Strategy, Product Management, or similar role
• Entrepreneurial thinking, passion, creating clarity from ambiguity
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to learn product/project management tools such as JIRA and experience in an Agile environment
