• Leasing Support, Vacancy Planning, design coordinating
• Establishing landlord and tenant delivery obligations for the portfolio
• Working alongside Tenant Construction Managers
• Supporting pre-lease & lease negotiations – pricing/cost analysis
• Leasing and Marketing Support
• Coordinating with project architects and engineers
• Utilize necessary technologies

• Retail project experience
