Location: Hayward, CA 94545
Contract: 3 Months (Potential to convert to FTE)
Pay Rate: $ 32.41/hr on w2
Hours: 8am-5pmSummary:
As a Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and vendors.Resource’s typical working day:
Team of 4. they will be doing invoices, tracking COIS, reaching out to tenants and vendors. Contracts and POs. Tenant communications- if office is going to be closed for example. Reaching out to vendors if there is a roof leak for example.Must Have Skills:

• Good written and verbal communicating
• Work indecently and good time management, meet their deadlines

• Dependable and reliable
• Needs to be confident
