LEASING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, call backs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues.
• Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
• Receive and process necessary paperwork such as, rental payments, move in/move out paperwork, rent charges, eviction notices, and collections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

LEASING REQUIREMENTS

• Previous property management experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
• Fair Housing Training
• Leasing Software knowledge (Yardi, CRM, AppFolio etc.)
