Duration:

• Cohort 1 – Monday, May 26 – Thursday, August 21 (11-12 wk)

• Cohort 2 – Monday, June 23 – Thursday, September 18 (12 wk)

Location: The Beehive, 961 E. 61st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour

Your Superpowers in Action)

• 💼 Assist the Property Management team in coordinating daily operations across multiple properties
• 📄 Help prepare reports, documentation, and communication materials that keep everything running smoothly
• 🔍 Participate in property inspections and assist in identifying maintenance needs
• 🏠 Assist in the leasing process—including conducting property showings and processing applications
• 📞 Liaise with tenants, vendors, and property owners to address inquiries and concerns
• 📈 Maintain and update key performance indicators for Property Management
• 🗺️ Organize and coordinate property-related events and programs
• 🚀 Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Real Estate, or related degree program
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (bonus points for property management software experience!)
• 💬 Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 🎮 A team player with a proactive approach and a great attitude
• 🏆 Passion for property management and social impact
• ⚖️ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential property-related information with discretion
