• Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school. Degree can be substituted with 6 years of additional job-related experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in property management on projects of similar scope and complexity to this requirement.
• Must have a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan.
• Work involves most of the following:

• Verify materials against receiving documents,
• Noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages,
• Routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods,
• Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials,
• Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage,
• Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
• Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records.
• Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements.
• The worker may operate hand, power trucks and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties.
