In this position, you’ll be the driving force behind guest satisfaction and owner success. You’ll manage a portfolio of vacation and mid-term rentals, ensuring seamless operations from booking to checkout and beyond. Your role will be equal parts relationship builder, problem solver, and hospitality expert—perfect if you’re someone who enjoys a social, fast-moving environment where every day brings a new challenge.The Details:Using Leadsimple CRM, Guesty, and BeHome247, you’ll streamline communication, oversee property readiness, and optimize rental performance. You will oversee and manage leasing and booking activities, conduct property inspections, and handle move-ins and move-outs, and stays seamlessly. Marketing efforts will also be a key part of your role, helping to attract new residents and maintaining high occupancy rates. You’ll work alongside the contracting and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in top condition, providing peace of mind to our owners and a superior five-star experience for our guests.Interested? • Guest Experience & Relations – Ensure five-star stays, handle guest communications, and resolve any issues with speed and professionalism.
• Owner Communication & Trust – Keep homeowners informed and reassured that their investment is in the best hands.
• Property Oversight – Coordinate cleanings, maintenance, and inspections to maintain top-tier rental standards.
• Technology Management – Leverage Guesty and BeHome247 to manage reservations, automate processes, and track performance.
• Revenue Optimization – Monitor pricing, adjust rental strategies, and ensure properties achieve maximum occupancy.
• Marketing & Listing Management – Keep listings updated with engaging descriptions, high-quality photos, and accurate availability.
• On-the-Ground Operations – Oversee turnovers, vendor coordination, and emergency responses to keep things running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of leasing and/or property management experience (Hospitality or property management experience is preferred)
• A valid driver’s license and should be comfortable handling both home and office tasks and fieldwork.
• Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with Guesty, BeHome247, and other rental management platforms is a huge plus.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated success in sales and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative and lead teams effectively.
• Proficiency with property management and short-term rental systems is a plus, including RentVine, LeadSimple, AirDNA, PriceLabs, Airbnb, and VRBO. (not required)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Monthly Salary: $3,000 – $4,166 per month based on experience and achievementBenefits:

Schedule: Regular business hours with the flexibility to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
