Position:The Real Estate & Office Services Analyst will assist in the creation, management and execution of initiatives supporting the business and professionals of the Firm. This individual will work directly with the Senior Vice President and Associate Vice President of Real Estate & Office Services to help shape the dynamic changing office footprint. This cross functional role includes analysis of corporate real estate and office services functions, as well as project management for setting up offices across the RCM portfolio of locations. Responsibilities:

• Partner with Senior and Associate Vice President of Real Estate & Office Services to provide corporate employees and financial advisors with exceptional service and highly functional office environment
• Assist with project management and planning for setting up offices including furniture layouts, technology requirements, building access/protocols and overall project logistics
• Interface regularly with the RCM office services team, third party vendors, RCM Technology team and property managers
• Assist in creating, updating and institutionalizing processes and reporting related to occupancy and office services
• Maintain diagrams and seating plans for each office location
• Data entry and updating monthly, quarterly and annual reports pertaining to firmwide occupancy metrics and vendor partnerships
• Forecast and track of occupancy metrics for continued reference and reporting
• Create presentations for meetings with Senior Leadership to assist in the decision-making process
• Work with vendors to coordinate services and set up/manage accounts including mail services, office supplies and records keeping
• Submit, review and manage vendor invoices in Concur monthly
• Assist with various projects and ad hoc requests made by the SVP, AVP and Senior Leadership
• Assist in the coordination and planning of special events for the company from a facilities standpoint
• Lease management of all office locations including lease agreements, amendments, license agreements and sublease agreements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a corporate setting is required, preferably financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, real estate, project management or business management preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Ability to create detailed materials and reports appropriate for a sophisticated audience
• High-level of responsibility and maturity
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multiple levels of staff and senior leadership
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent organizational and project management skills
• Self-starter with the drive to self-direct independently and follow through on projects from start to finish
• Exceptional ability to work on numerous projects at once with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Range:The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
