We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Real Estate Appraiser with a focus on right-of-way acquisition. Your expertise will be crucial in determining fair market values and assessing just compensation for damages. In this position, you will leverage your skills to support fair compensation for property owners impacted by right-of-way initiatives, ensuring appraisals are conducted promptly to align with project timelines. This should be done via the Right-of-Way office program if a claimant is involved, or through a more formal response for issues that could impact deadlines.
