Job description: I am currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney in Virginia. The ideal candidate shall have substantial experience with commercial real estate transactions. This could be a fully remote position for a candidate with a strong background.Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with commercial real estate
- Draft contracts and negotiate real estate transactions
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
- Experience with purchase and sale transactions, transfer of titles, handling complex real estate deals
- Admitted and practicing in VA
