We represent a boutique legal firm, focused on working with non-profits and we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with real estate development, finance and affordable housing experience. This is a hybrid position (Monday – Wednesday in the office)Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience
- Experience with real estate finance with focus on affordable housing, community development
- Be able to work independently
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts
Responsibilities:
- Engage in a full range of real estate legal work
- You work will focus on; borrower and lender representation in acquisitions and dispositions, land use, construction and permanent financings, condominium development and commercial leasing.
