Job description: Job Opportunity: Real Estate AttorneyA well-established law firm is seeking a skilled and dedicated Real Estate Attorney to join their real estate practice area. The ideal candidate will have experience representing various parties in real estate transactions, including buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, landlords, and tenants.Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Lead and assist in contract negotiation and preparation.
- Perform title, survey, and zoning reviews.
- Analyze property conditions and environmental issues.
- Negotiate with lenders and oversee the preparation and review of loan documents.
- Handle closing documents, closing issues, and post-closing operational matters.
- Proven experience in real estate law, including transactional matters.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complex real estate issues and provide strategic legal advice.
- Provide practical legal solutions for clients in real estate transactions.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate law.
- Salary is based on experience (BOE).
