Job description: RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Real Estate Attorney. On-Site position in Hackensack, NJ., or these areas: New York, Maryland, or Florida. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage commercial real estate finance transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.
• Advise clients on leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective oral and written communication.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple offices to deliver exceptional legal services.
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial real estate finance.

Experience you will need:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Bar admission in one or more states where the firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be resident (required).
• Demonstrated experience with commercial real estate finance and transactional law.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Preferred: Experience with leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures.

Seeking a senior attorney with commercial real estate finance experience, including lender and borrower side transactions for our New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or Florida offices. Experience with leverage transactions, preferred equity and joint ventures is a plus. Bar admission in one or more states in which the Firm has an office and where the candidate desires to be resident is required. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate directly with clients required. We offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program.Salary: $275,000 – $450,000/year
