Job description: Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience for a partner-track opportunity at a respected boutique law firm in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep expertise in title work and all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.Position Overview:A significant portion of this role will focus on examining and clearing title issues, handling title and survey review, and coordinating closings for complex real estate deals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who is also comfortable with client interaction, negotiations, and advising on a broad range of real estate matters.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct title and survey review, identify and resolve title issues, and manage title clearance through to closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related real estate contracts.
• Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Advise clients on title insurance, due diligence, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to the long-term growth of the real estate practice group.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, with substantial experience in title work.
• Familiarity with title insurance policies, endorsements, and curative work.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
