Job description: A well-established legal practice is seeking an experienced attorney to join its real estate team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience handling a variety of real estate matters at a comparable firm.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct title and due diligence reviews
• Draft and negotiate secured financing agreements, lease transactions, and purchase/sale contracts
• Oversee transaction closings and advise on deal structuring
• Work directly with clients on complex real estate matters

Qualifications:

• J.D. or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Strong academic credentials and experience in high-level transactions
• Exceptional writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
