Job description: A well-established legal practice is seeking an experienced attorney to join its real estate team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience handling a variety of real estate matters at a comparable firm.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct title and due diligence reviews
- Draft and negotiate secured financing agreements, lease transactions, and purchase/sale contracts
- Oversee transaction closings and advise on deal structuring
- Work directly with clients on complex real estate matters
Qualifications:
- J.D. or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Strong academic credentials and experience in high-level transactions
- Exceptional writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
