A well-established firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate law, contracts, and dispute resolution, with a proven track record of handling litigation matters in commercial real estate.Responsibilities:Represent clients in real estate litigation, including contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, title issues, and property rights cases.Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other related documents.Provide legal counsel to clients on complex commercial real estate matters.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.Handle trial preparation, court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure effective case management.Stay up to date with evolving real estate laws and regulations.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active bar membership in Florida.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate law and commercial litigation.Strong litigation and trial experience in commercial real estate matters.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in handling high-value real estate transactions and disputes.Background in land use, zoning, and development law.Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution methods.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with employer match.Paid time off and professional development opportunities.
