Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join the Investment Funds Group at a prestigious firm. This professional track/non-partnership track position offers flexibility as either a full-time or part-time role.Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Provide counsel on securities offerings (beneficial but not required).
• Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and financing documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of the applying office.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive real estate experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Excellent business judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time or part-time.
• Compensation: $135,000 – $300,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
