This law firm is a unique and growing firm with a team approach looking for someone who is hard working, committed to clients, practices with integrity. This position will be focusing primarily on business and real estatate litigation (80%) and transactional (20%).Skills and requirements of the Real Estate & Business Attorney:
- Member of the California Bar and in good standing.
- 4+ years of experience in transactional and litigation law for Plaintiff and Defendant work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a professional environment and maintain a professional demeanor in all situations, including the ability to remain calm and efficient during stressful situations.
- Self-sufficient and work independently.

- Annual Hours Requirement: 1,550
Bonus Structure: Starting at $10,000, with potential to reach up to $30,000 based on total annual billed hours. * A 10% commission referral bonus for any work referred to the firm, regardless of who works on it.
