Job description: We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing agency. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties and development opportunities side of our business. This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of leads from our top residential agents. • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
• Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
• Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal

Qualifications:

• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
• Must have a real estate license
