We have been retained by a prominent boutique law firm to search for a Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal to join their group in Memphis, TN.Role Overview:We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate/Corporate Paralegal to join their team. You’ll work in-office with attorneys and staff to support a variety of real estate and corporate matters.Responsibilities:

• Review title commitments, surveys, and assist with closing mechanics.
• Support corporate and M&A matters, including forming LLCs and maintaining entity records.
• Coordinate and manage legal documentation throughout transactions.
• Assist in meeting general case management and organizational deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in real estate and/or corporate law.
• Familiarity with title commitments, real estate closings, and corporate filings.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
