Key Responsibilities

• Advise business clients on real estate and complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity investments.
• Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, entity structuring, formation, and general business operations.
• Partner with start-ups and emerging companies to support their growth strategies and legal needs.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage key transactional agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to address intellectual property, tax, trademark, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, including transactional work such as mergers & acquisitions and venture capital.
• Expertise in corporate governance, business structuring, and client advisory.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve a diverse client base.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
