A Day in the Life:Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases.Experienced in the area of real estate finance, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment.All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. We Know You:You have 2 to 7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders. You have strong writing, analytical and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and a great work ethic. You have excellent academic credentials and are admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
